Jack's compass. It points to the thing one's heart desires. Yeah, got that. But why do people say it points at Jack in CotBP when Norrington is holding it? I mean, I'm all for it. Just...
As I see it, the 'needle' doesn't move. The disk inside the compass does, so no wonder the compass points at Jack, when Norrie is standing in front of him, looking his way.
But I must confess I'm a bit confused. What do you say? Help me, please!

I had a time of total boredom and I really didn't feel like LJ.
